Zac Efron hits the stage at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards held at Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (August 8) in Universal City, Calif.

The 22-year-old changed up his look a bit, rocking out a mustache and blue fingernail polish on two of his fingers. (He used girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens’ nail polish from Rent! Obviously Vanessa is at Hollywood Bowl right now to peform another show.)

SPOILER: Zac presented Choice Movie Actress for a Drama to Sandra Bullock for her work in The Blind Side. She beat out Miley Cyrus, Dakota Fanning, Kristen Stewart and Amanda Seyfried.
